I've experienced two worlds in my career: The world of large corporations – Porsche, Vorwerk – with their innovation labs and digital transformation projects. And the world of CEOs who struggle with real problems while PowerPoint strategists talk.

What always frustrated me: The solutions were often there. The technology exists. But it didn't reach the people who needed it most. Because consultancies prefer to conceptualize for months rather than get something running in three days.

That's why I founded Justus & Partners. With a promise to myself: Never again projects that fizzle out. Every workflow we build runs. Every client we work with sees results.
